Food & drinks
Traditional home cooking since 1954
Our menu features schnitzel in many variations, steaks from the grill, fish and salads. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available. And some dishes still carry Grandma’s name today, like Grandma Käthe’s clear beef consommé.

The classics
Pork schnitzel Wiener Art with lemon and herb butter. Jäger Art with mushrooms in a dark sauce. Grandma’s Schlemmerschnitzel with onions, mushrooms and sauce béarnaise. Every pork schnitzel is also available as a chicken schnitzel.
You choose your own side: chips, croquettes, boiled or fried potatoes, rice or pasta. It comes with a mixed salad or vegetables.
Vegetarian & vegan
Always on offer, as a small dish or a full plate. For example the red lentil curry on tagliatelle or the vegan vegetable stir-fry with rice.
Gluten-free
We have a small selection of gluten-free dishes. The choice is limited, so please ask our staff directly. We’ll be happy to advise you.
For groups
Groups of 15 or more can have breakfast with us if you book in advance. For 25 people or more, we put on a buffet.
New every three months
The drink of the season
Every three months, someone from our team gets to create their own aperitif, matched to the season and named after them. After three months it’s gone again.
So far we’ve had Sandra’s Orange Velvet, Vanessa’s Lillet-Lavendel-Limonade, Monika’s Heartbreaker, Enrico’s Apfel-Walnuss-Spritz and Cigdem’s Sakura Spritz.
Ask our staff about the current drink. And about the story behind it.
