Café
We serve cake all day long, from Bäckerei Franken in Breberen. Add a coffee and a seat in the conservatory or outside on the terrace.
À la carte restaurant
Schnitzel, steaks, fish and salads. Plus always something vegetarian and vegan. You choose your own side dish.
Catering
Celebrating somewhere else? We deliver the food, set up the buffet on site and clear it away after the party. We bring the equipment you need, too.
The most popular spot
Omas Wintergarten
Here you sit in the light: large windows, a view of the greenery and the Kahnweiher pond, the terrace right outside the door. Because it sits directly opposite the bar, the conservatory is the most popular meeting place in the house.
Perfect for group breakfasts and brunch and for small parties. At weekends and on public holidays, many regulars have had their own spot here for years. We keep it free for them.
The oldest part of the house
Omas Wohnzimmer
Upholstered nooks, cushions, a little armchair and lots of details. Every week, regulars sit here in their usual spot. The best table is the nook directly opposite the big front door.
The living room is too small for parties. For an evening for two, it’s just right.

Omas kleine Bibliothek
It looks like a cosy private library and can be arranged to suit your occasion. With flexible tables, including two large round ones, and room for up to 50 people.
Up to 100 people
Omas großer Tanzsaal
The largest room in the house, made for big celebrations. We plan the table layout, decorations and schedule to suit your party. With bright window fronts and modern air conditioning with air disinfection.
25 and 30 people
Two terraces
Two sides, both with automatic roofing, overlooking nature, the mini golf course and the Kahnweiher pond. Access is step-free.
We don’t take reservations for tables on the terrace. Just drop by and grab a free spot.
€10 per hour
Omas kleine Hölle: two bowling alleys
Down in the cellar, two fully automatic bowling alleys are waiting. This is where devilishly good evenings often happen.
You order food and drinks by bell and we bring everything down. Many lanes are booked permanently by regular bowling clubs. A lane costs €10 per hour, regular lanes €15.50 per evening.
Around the house
Open-air pool, Kahnweiher pond and the heath
The house is in the Rhodebach valley, right on the border with the Netherlands and Belgium. Next door is the Gangelt open-air pool, opposite are the mini golf course and the Kahnweiher pond with its little boats.
A few steps further on, the Brunssummer and Teverener Heide begins, with woods, meadows, streams and free-roaming Highland cattle. More than 500 kilometres of signposted cycle paths run through the area.
By the way, boats and mini golf are handled by the info centre opposite.
