Celebrations for up to 100 guests
People have been celebrating at Haus Hamacher since 1954: weddings and anniversaries, christenings and first communions, birthdays. And when the time comes, we also say goodbye together here.
Our rooms have space for up to 100 guests. You don’t pay any room hire.

Weddings & big parties
Omas großer Tanzsaal, laid out however you like. One long table, a U shape, group tables or something all your own. We’ll plan it with you.
Up to 50 guests
Christenings, communions & birthdays
Omas kleine Bibliothek with two large round tables, or the conservatory for smaller groups. With breakfast, coffee and cake or a set menu.
Funeral reception
Saying goodbye
For a funeral reception we lay the tables for a traditional funeral gathering, with coffee and cake if you wish. Give us a call and we’ll talk everything through with you calmly.

You don’t pay hire for any of our rooms.
The terrace and the bowling alleys aren’t meant for classic private parties. But they’re perfect for a sparkling wine reception outside or an evening on the lanes.
The big question
Set menu
Feels festive. Everyone stays relaxed in their seats, and portions and timing are planned precisely.
On the other hand, there’s less choice, especially for children, and the meal takes longer. Ideal for formal occasions and small to medium-sized groups.
From 25 people
Buffet
Lots of choice, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of refills. Everyone eats what, when and as much as they like. Ideal for big groups and mixed tastes.
Or you combine the two: a served soup or dessert, with the main course as a buffet.
Table layouts
One long table, rows of tables, herringbone, U shape, E shape, T shape or group tables. Every layout changes how your guests talk to each other. We’ll show you which one suits your party.
Decoration and colours
Table runners and napkins come in lots of colours, from classic white to pink. Your favourite colour costs nothing extra. Ask about our napkin folder when we meet.
Flowers
We work with a local florist. Classic, modern and minimalist, or modern and colourful. For flowers that stay with us after the party, we charge 1 to 3 euros per person.
Raise a glass
Sparkling wine or the drink of the season
Start with a toast of sparkling wine. A little tip: one bottle is enough for about seven glasses. Or go for the current drink of the season, for 5.90 euros.
We charge for drinks by consumption on the day of your party. That way you stay flexible.

We’ll give you an appointment for a planning meeting. Please don’t just drop in, and please don’t come by at weekends or on public holidays. Otherwise we won’t have the time and calm you deserve.
